Intruduction

Mai Duft or "LuSt" is a project that was designed and built in one evening. We - that is Stella Kucher and me - started without a plan just with the ideea to build something that connected analog and digital.

Proccess

We started by cutting and ripping colored paper and then scanned or photographed the pieces. Without a real plan i started to build a webapp to view it. Then came text, animation and much more.

Final Site

In the process i discovered that it was much easier to position the pieces and the text directly in the browser so i built feature upon feature until the whole thing was a pretty capable design tool. Now when you load the site our final work is there to see but you can edit it, start from scratch and build you own canvas. Then you can also download the project file and import it again.
