Privacy
Who is responsible
The operator identified through the contact details on this website is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy questions can be sent through those same contact details.
Einblick Analytics
Einblick Analytics is enabled only after an explicit choice in the analytics panel. It is cookieless and records pseudonymous usage data such as the visited path, referrer and campaign information, device and browser categories, language, approximate location and timestamps. IP address and user-agent may be handled transiently to protect and operate the service, but are not stored as analytics event fields. Detailed analytics are kept for no longer than 90 days.
The legal basis is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The choice itself is stored in this browser under the local-storage key einblick-analytics-consent-v1. The Privacy settings link in the footer can be used at any time to reject future collection or grant consent. A browser Global Privacy Control signal overrides a grant and prevents Einblick collection.
Vercel services
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights remain active independently of the Einblick analytics choice. Web Analytics sends aggregated, cookieless page-view data; Vercel derives a visitor hash from the incoming request and discards the session after 24 hours. Speed Insights sends real-user Web Vitals and related route, device and location categories. These services support the operator's legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in understanding aggregate site use and maintaining performance. You may object to this processing through the contact details on this website.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, GDPR rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for future collection at any time. A complaint may also be made to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
